Following another year of strong growth, we are pleased to announce the completion of The Pittaway Group restructuring programme. The programme was instigated to ensure Pittaways continue to successfully deliver projects across its operational markets and are in the strongest possible position to deal with the uncertain times that lie ahead.
The key to ensuring this future success lies in the formation of the three divisions of the Pittaway Group, with each division providing a clear identity and a focus on its core strengths.
• Pittaway Contracting will continue to focus on delivering a wide range of construction projects to public, private and commercial clients. With the capability of carrying out projects to the value of £3million, the contracting division will continue to form the backbone of the group’s activities.
• Pittaway Heritage will focus on the groups burgeoning expertise in the field of specialist conservation and historic building restoration. With extensive in-house resources and our continued commitment to training the next generation of craftsmen, Pittaways Heritage possess a depth of knowledge and skill that enables us to deliver projects with sensitivity and pride.
• The recent acquisition of F. Geo. Robinson Limited, one of Coventry’s oldest and most established building companies will provide a new identity for the groups’ structural repair and maintenance capabilities. Over the course of 2009, the F. Geo. Robinson name will once again be a familiar sight around the region, providing a dedicated service to our clients in the structural repair, maintenance and insurance remediation markets.
Despite the challenging economic conditions that face the industry, we are confident that the Pittaway Group are now better placed than ever to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients, partners and suppliers.
